Static ISP

Static ISP proxies

Dedicated static residential IPs announced by consumer ISPs — connection details, countries, billing per IP per 30 days, renewals and when to choose them.

On this page

A static ISP proxy is one IPv4 address, dedicated to you, that never changes during the rental. The address belongs to a consumer internet provider's range, so websites classify it as residential, but it is hosted in a data centre with symmetric gigabit uplinks. You get residential reputation with server-grade speed and stability. Static ISP proxies launched in February 2025.

Connection details#

Field Value
Host the IP address itself, e.g. 203.0.113.47
HTTP port 8000
SOCKS5 port 8001
Username s_ + 8 lowercase letters and digits
Password 16 letters and digits
Auth username/password or IP whitelist
Bandwidth unlimited
cURL
curl -x http://s_r7d2k9mw:[email protected]:8000 https://api.ipify.org

The response is always 203.0.113.47: the exit IP is the proxy's own address.

Countries#

Static ISP IPs are available in 6 countries: France, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Spain and Netherlands. Each IP's provider (ASN) is shown in the dashboard next to the address, and geolocation databases place it in the country you ordered — usually in or near the capital.

Billing#

  • Billed per IP per 30 days: $4.90 per IP for 1–9 IPs, $4.40 from 10 IPs, $3.90 from 25 IPs. The tier applies to the whole order.
  • One order can contain 1 to 250 IPs of one country.
  • Renewal keeps the same IP and credentials. Renew before the end date — an expired IP returns to the pool after a short grace period and may be allocated to another customer.
  • Auto-renew from your prepaid balance is available per IP, exactly as for mobile proxies.

When to choose static ISP#

Need Best product
The same IP for weeks (account management, allow-listed integrations, ad accounts) Static ISP
Highest trust, IP changes on demand, mobile-only content Mobile 4G/5G
Many different IPs, broad geo coverage, per-GB billing Rotating residential
Large downloads through one IP Static ISP (unlimited, gigabit)

Good practice#

  • One identity per IP. Static IPs build a history with the sites you use. Do not share one IP between unrelated accounts on the same platform.
  • Match the locale. Set the browser language, timezone and currency to the IP's country; mismatches are a stronger signal than the IP type.
  • No rotation. Static IPs cannot be rotated. If an IP is blocked by a target, contact support: replacements are handled case by case.
  • Reverse DNS of the IP points to the ISP's generic hostname, as for any home connection.
