Why is the trial a paid plan?
A Proxuno 24-hour test reserves the same physical modem and SIM as a 7-day or 30-day order.
- You test the production modem, carrier and credentials that you can keep on renewal. The price covers exclusive hardware and its carrier plan.
What does a 24-hour test cost in each country?
Proxuno's 24-hour mobile plans cost $7–$13 per modem across 10 European countries.

A Proxuno test gives you 24 hours on your selected carrier to check a lawful workload.
- Check that the target accepts the country and carrier.
- Call the rotation link from your tooling and observe the 10-second minimum between manual changes.
- Test sticky behaviour with automatic rotation off, then measure throughput for your actual workload.
- Test username/password authentication and your IP whitelist.
What if the proxy does not work?
A Proxuno proxy unusable because of a failure on our side can receive a full refund to balance; no refund applies after more than 2 hours of use.
- Report the failure to support with the proxy reference. The exact conditions are in the refund policy.
Can I keep the modem after the trial?
Renew your Proxuno modem for 7 or 30 days before expiry to keep its carrier and credentials.
- Without renewal the proxy expires after its 24-hour term. A later order may receive a different modem.
Why is the first top-up higher than a one-day price?
Proxuno top-ups start at $25; the amount left after a purchase stays on balance for renewals or other products.
- Balance never expires. Crypto refund eligibility applies only when none of the top-up has been spent, within 14 days at the net received amount.
Top up $25, buy 24 hours in Spain for $8, and keep $17 on your balance. Balance never expires. Once any of a top-up is spent, its remainder is not refundable in crypto.

Questions before you buy
Is the 24-hour plan a different product from the 30-day plan?
No. Both are one dedicated modem with unlimited bandwidth, HTTP and SOCKS5. The purchased duration differs.
Can I choose the carrier for the trial?
Yes, choose a listed carrier in your country, or any carrier when you prefer available stock.
When does the 24 hours start?
The purchased term starts when you confirm the funded order and the proxy is provisioned; sending a top-up does not start a proxy plan.
What happens if I do not renew?
The proxy expires after its purchased term, and its modem is released.
Can I extend to 7 days without changing IP history?
Renew the existing modem before expiry. The modem and carrier stay the same; the carrier may still change the public IP independently.
