These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the proxy services, website, dashboard and API operated by [Company legal name], [Legal form], registered at [Registered address] under number [Company registration no.] ("Proxuno", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms, together with the acceptable use policy and the refund policy, which form part of them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Definitions
- Account: your customer account on proxuno.com, identified by an email address.
- Services: dedicated mobile 4G/5G proxies, rotating residential proxy traffic and static residential (ISP) proxies, together with the dashboard, the API, rotation links and related features.
- Mobile proxy: one dedicated modem port on a carrier network, sold for a fixed duration (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days), with unlimited bandwidth.
- Residential traffic: a quantity of data, counted in gigabytes (1 GB = 10⁹ bytes, upload and download combined), usable through the rotating residential gateway for 90 days from purchase.
- Static ISP proxy: a dedicated IP address from a residential internet service provider, sold per IP for 30 days, with unlimited bandwidth.
- Order: a purchase, a renewal or a top-up, identified by a reference of the form ORD-YYYY-NNNNN.
- Balance: the prepaid credit held on your account, expressed in USD. Every purchase and renewal is paid from it.
- Top-up: a payment in cryptocurrency that adds funds to your balance.
- Invoice: the crypto payment request created for a top-up. Purchases and renewals are paid from the balance and have no invoice.
2. The services
2.1 We provide access to proxy infrastructure in the countries and on the carriers and networks listed on the website at the time of your order. Technical specifications — ports, protocols (HTTP and SOCKS5), authentication methods, rotation behaviour and limits — are described in the documentation and form part of the service description.
2.2 IP addresses belong to the mobile carriers and internet service providers whose networks we use. We do not guarantee a specific IP address, IP range, geolocation database result or reputation with any third-party website. Mobile carriers commonly place many subscribers behind the same public address (CGNAT); this is a property of the networks, not a fault of the service.
2.3 Mobile IP addresses change when you rotate them (button, API or rotation link) or at the automatic interval you choose (2 to 60 minutes, or off). Carriers may also change an address on their own. A minimum of 10 seconds applies between two manual rotations of the same proxy.
2.4 We may change the infrastructure behind a service — gateways, modems, hosting locations, upstream providers — provided the service you paid for keeps its essential characteristics for the rest of its term.
2.5 The API (version 1, at https://proxuno.com/api/v1) is limited to 60 requests per minute per API key. Changes to API v1 are additive; breaking changes are introduced only under a new version with at least 6 months' notice.
3. Your account
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you act for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" refers to that organisation.
3.2 You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date: receipts, expiry reminders and security notices are sent to it.
3.3 You are responsible for everything done with your account, your API keys, your proxy credentials and your rotation links. Keep them confidential, use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password, revoke your API keys and sessions, and tell us at [email protected].
3.4 One person or organisation may hold several accounts only for legitimate operational reasons (for example, separate client projects). Accounts may not be created to circumvent a suspension, a referral rule or a usage limit.
3.5 You may close your account at any time from Settings. Before closing it, you can ask for any refund due under the refund policy to be paid in crypto; remaining balance is not otherwise paid out.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Prices are set in USD and are those displayed in the dashboard when you confirm a purchase or a renewal. [Tax treatment: state whether prices include VAT, according to the operator's place of establishment.]
4.2 Purchases and renewals, including automatic renewals, are paid only from your balance, instantly, when you confirm them (or, for automatic renewal, when it runs). Your balance can be topped up only in cryptocurrency — currently BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC20), USDT (ERC20), USDC (ERC20), LTC, SOL, TRX. We do not accept card payments and never ask for card details.
4.3 Each top-up is between $25 and $5,000. When you choose a currency, an invoice is created with the amount to pay in that currency, converted at the exchange rate at that time; that rate is locked for 30 minutes. If your balance does not cover a purchase, we may offer a top-up of the missing amount (at least $25); the purchase is made only when you confirm it after the top-up has been credited.
4.4 Underpayment: if the amount received is lower than the invoice amount, you can send the missing amount to the same address before the invoice expires. If the invoice expires underpaid, the value actually received is credited to your balance pro rata, at the locked rate. A payment that reaches the invoice address after the invoice has expired is credited for the value not already credited, at the locked rate. We verify each submitted transfer manually before applying these credits.
4.5 Overpayment: after manual verification, the full amount received, including any amount above the invoice amount, is credited to your balance at the locked rate.
4.6 Network fees charged by the blockchain are paid by the sender. Payments sent on the wrong network or in a currency other than the one on the invoice may be impossible to recover; we will try in good faith but cannot guarantee it.
4.7 You send a top-up directly to the receiving wallet shown on its invoice and send the order reference and transaction ID to support. An administrator verifies the network, asset, destination and amount after network confirmation before crediting the balance. Submission of a transaction ID and network confirmation do not automatically credit your balance. Verification is not instant and no fixed completion time is guaranteed. Each transfer is credited only once; report each later transfer to support with the order reference and its transaction ID.
4.8 Balance is a prepayment for our services. It is not a deposit or an electronic money account, does not earn interest, does not expire and cannot be transferred to another account. Balance is not withdrawable: the only exception is the refund in crypto of an unspent top-up described in the refund policy.
5. Delivery and activation
5.1 Purchases are delivered automatically as soon as they are paid from your balance: proxies appear in the dashboard with their credentials, and residential traffic is added to your account. Credentials are never sent by email.
5.2 The duration of a mobile or static proxy starts when it is delivered, not when it is first used.
5.3 If a country, carrier or quantity turns out to be unavailable after your balance has been debited, we will either deliver an equivalent proxy you accept or credit the full amount paid back to your balance.
6. Durations, expiry and renewal
6.1 Mobile proxies are sold for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. The 24-hour plan is our trial: there is no separate free trial. Static ISP proxies are sold for 30 days. Residential traffic is valid for 90 days from purchase; unused traffic expires at the end of that period.
6.2 You can renew a proxy before it expires to keep the same port, credentials and rotation link. Renewal adds the new duration to the current end date.
6.3 If you enable auto-renewal, the renewal is paid from your balance shortly before expiry. If the balance is insufficient, the renewal is not made and the proxy expires; we send an email reminder beforehand.
6.4 At expiry, the proxy stops accepting connections and its modem port or IP address returns to the pool. We cannot guarantee that the same IP address or port will be available again.
7. Acceptable use
7.1 You must use the services lawfully and in accordance with the acceptable use policy. You remain solely responsible for the traffic you send through our infrastructure, the websites you access and your compliance with their terms.
7.2 We do not inspect or record the content of your traffic. We record traffic metadata and keep it for 30 days to handle abuse reports, as described in the privacy policy.
8. Suspension and termination
8.1 We may suspend a proxy or an account immediately, without prior notice, when we have reasonable grounds to believe that it is used in breach of these Terms or the acceptable use policy, that it is compromised, or when a competent authority requires it.
8.2 In case of a serious or repeated breach — including any use listed as strictly forbidden in the acceptable use policy — we may terminate the account. Services and balance on a terminated account are not refunded.
8.3 For a minor breach we will normally contact you first and give you a reasonable time to fix it.
8.4 You may contest a suspension by writing to [email protected]. We review every request and reply within 5 business days.
9. Availability and support
9.1 We aim for 99.9% availability of the gateways, measured monthly and published on the status page. This is a target, not a guarantee: carrier outages, upstream incidents and maintenance can affect individual proxies or countries.
9.2 Planned maintenance is announced on the status page in advance whenever possible.
9.3 If a proxy is unusable because of a failure on our side, the remedies are those of the refund policy: replacement or a refund to your balance.
9.4 Support is provided by email, dashboard tickets and Telegram during the support hours shown on the contact page. Abuse reports are handled 7 days a week.
10. Liability
10.1 The services are provided for professional use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, nor for blocks, captchas or bans imposed by third-party websites.
10.2 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the services in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services during that period.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.
10.4 You will indemnify us against claims by third parties, fines and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or of the law through your use of the services.
11. Personal data
We process personal data as controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The privacy policy explains which data we collect, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
12.1 We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the services, the law or our practices. Each version is numbered and dated; the history is listed at the end of this page.
12.2 For material changes we notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes required by law or by an authority may take effect sooner. If you do not accept the new version, you may close your account before it takes effect.
12.3 Orders are governed by the version of the Terms in force when the order was placed.
13. Governing law and disputes
13.1 These Terms are governed by the law of [Governing law — country of the operator's establishment].
13.2 Before any legal action, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days.
13.3 Failing an amicable solution, the courts of [Competent courts] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules protecting consumers in their country of residence.
13.4 If a provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
