A European proxy provider, with three products
Proxuno is a European proxy provider: dedicated mobile 4G/5G proxies, rotating residential proxies and static ISP proxies, paid in crypto.
The network in figures
Figures are updated with each fleet change; uptime is a target, measured on the public status page.
One account for three proxy products
Each Proxuno dedicated mobile proxy uses one physical modem and carrier SIM, with unlimited bandwidth and rotation controlled by button, API or link. Choose a country and named carrier when you order.
Rotating residential traffic is priced per GB, with country and city targeting in the username. Static ISP proxies provide a dedicated IP for each renewable 30-day period.
The three products share one prepaid balance. Send a crypto top-up on its invoice network and send the order reference and transaction ID to support. An administrator verifies the transfer before crediting the balance; then confirm purchases from that balance. Product specifications, API documentation, policies and network status are publicly available.
How each proxy product works
Proxuno offers dedicated mobile modems, rotating residential traffic and static ISP IPs with different billing and targeting models.
Mobile: a dedicated modem
Each mobile proxy is bound to one physical modem and SIM on a named carrier. Its carrier IP can change when you trigger rotation.
- One dedicated modem per proxy
- 35 carriers across 10 European countries, with 5G on selected carriers
- Unlimited bandwidth, HTTP and SOCKS5
- Rotation by button, API or link, or automatically at a selected interval
Residential: a rotating IP pool
Residential exit IPs are assigned by residential ISPs. Set country, city and session parameters in the username to select an endpoint for your request.
- 20 European countries, targetable by country and city
- Priced per GB; traffic is valid for the published package period
- Per-request rotation or sticky sessions up to 30 minutes
- Contact support for documentation of a specific sourcing requirement
Static ISP: leased residential ranges
Static ISP proxies keep the same dedicated IP for the active rental period and across renewals. Choose the country when you order.
- 6 countries, one dedicated IP per proxy
- Unlimited bandwidth, HTTP and SOCKS5
- Same address for the full 30-day term and across renewals

Values you can check
Principles only matter when they can be verified. Each of these has a public artefact you can read.
Transparency
Release notes are published in the changelog, network incidents on the status page, and policies with an effective date. Prices come from the same catalogue as checkout.
Abuse handling
Reports to [email protected] are triaged by people, not an auto-responder. Substantiated abuse leads to suspension of the proxy and, when needed, the account. We cooperate with lawful requests and nothing beyond them.
Privacy and GDPR
We keep traffic metadata — never content — for 30 days for abuse handling, and account security logs for 90 days. An account needs an email address and nothing else.
Consent-based sourcing
Residential peers opt in knowingly and can leave at any time. Mobile IPs come from SIMs and modems we own. We do not resell other providers' pools under our name.
Fair billing
The 24-hour plan is the trial, failures on our side are refunded to balance, and unused residential gigabytes can be converted within 7 days. No automatic upsells, no surprise renewals.
Engineers on support
Support tickets are answered by the people who operate the gateways. When a question needs a log line or a modem reboot, the person you are talking to can do it.
What we will not do
- Sell access to a modem that is already assigned to another customer
- Inspect, store or resell the content of your traffic
- Advertise customer counts, ratings or testimonials we cannot substantiate
- Let the network be used to defraud or attack banking, government or emergency services
- Change prices on an active proxy before its renewal date
Support, abuse and billing desks
Three desks, staffed by people who can act on the infrastructure. Written answers, ticket references, no chatbots.
Support
Support every day, 08:00–22:00 CET. Network monitoring 24/7.
Technical and account questions by ticket from the dashboard, by email or on Telegram. Outside these hours the on-call engineer handles gateway incidents; tickets are answered the next morning.
Abuse desk
Report misuse of one of our IP addresses with the IP, timestamp (with time zone) and target. We identify the proxy from traffic metadata, act on substantiated reports and confirm the outcome to the reporter.
Billing
Top-ups are sent in crypto on the invoice network and credited after manual verification of the transaction ID sent to support with the order reference. Every purchase then uses that funded balance. Questions about a top-up, an underpayment or a refund go to the billing desk with your top-up or order reference.

Run a test on a real carrier
Start with a 24-hour mobile proxy from $7.00, or a single gigabyte of residential traffic. Add funds in crypto, and credentials are issued the moment you order from your balance.
