> How to top up your balance on the supported crypto networks, send the order reference and transaction ID to support and wait for manual verification before your balance is credited.

Proxuno uses a **prepaid account balance** funded through crypto top-ups. Purchases and renewals use that balance once funded. This guide covers the current receiving networks, the transaction ID you send to support with the order reference and the manual verification required before a top-up is credited.

> **Updated 3 October 2026.** Top-ups go directly to the receiving wallet shown on your invoice and are verified by an administrator. Network confirmation and submission of a transaction ID do not automatically credit your balance. The current checkout offers BTC, ETH, USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, USDC on ERC20, LTC, SOL and TRX.

## How a top-up works

You add funds from **Balance & top-up** in the dashboard — or straight from the buy page, when the balance does not cover the configuration you are ordering. A top-up is between **{{topupMin}} and {{topupMax}}**, with quick amounts for the usual sizes. When you pick a currency:

1. We **lock the amount for {{invoiceLock}} minutes** and show the exact amount to send in that currency, an address and a QR code.
2. You send the amount from your wallet or exchange, using the exact network shown.
3. You send the order reference and transaction ID to support. The payment remains awaiting review while an administrator checks its network, asset, destination and received amount.
4. After network confirmation and manual verification, your balance is credited. Validation is not instant and no fixed review time is promised. If you started from the buy page, return to the same configuration and confirm the order from your funded balance.

Two rules cover the edge cases:

- **Underpaid?** You can send the missing amount within the {{invoiceLock}}-minute window and send the order reference and every transaction ID to support. After manual verification, an expired underpaid top-up is credited pro rata at the locked rate.
- **Overpaid?** After manual verification, the full amount received is credited to your balance. The same transfer is credited only once.

Before 30 September 2026, orders could also be paid with an invoice of their own; the same lock, underpayment and overpayment rules applied to them.

## Choosing a currency and a network

The currency matters less than the **network**. The same token can exist on several chains, and sending it on the wrong one is the costliest mistake in crypto payments.

| Currency | Network | Credit process |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | Bitcoin | Network confirmation, then manual verification |
| ETH | Ethereum | Network confirmation, then manual verification |
| USDT | TRON (TRC20) | Network confirmation, then manual verification |
| USDT | Ethereum (ERC20) | Network confirmation, then manual verification |
| USDC | Ethereum (ERC20) | Network confirmation, then manual verification |
| LTC | Litecoin | Network confirmation, then manual verification |
| SOL | Solana | Network confirmation, then manual verification |
| TRX | TRON | Network confirmation, then manual verification |

Network fees and confirmation times depend on the chain, the sending wallet or exchange and network conditions. They do not determine how quickly a manual review is completed. Check the fee and recipient amount before sending.

### Stablecoins: check the network twice

USDT on TRC20 and USDT on ERC20 are the same token on different blockchains. Their addresses even look different — TRON addresses start with `T`, Ethereum addresses with `0x` — but exchanges sometimes default to a network you did not choose. **Always select the network shown on the invoice.** A token sent on the wrong network requires support review and may not be recoverable at all.

Check the network and withdrawal fee displayed by your wallet or exchange. If you already hold USDT on Ethereum, an ERC20 invoice accepts it on that chain; a TRC20 invoice requires a transfer on TRON.

### Solana: use the SOL invoice

Send native SOL on Solana to the receiving wallet shown on the invoice, then send the order reference and transaction signature to support. Its network confirmation is followed by manual verification before balance credit.

### Unsupported coins

Monero, TON, BNB and Dogecoin are not offered for new top-ups by the current checkout. Use only the coin and network selected on your invoice. Earlier articles and payment records may mention previously configured currencies.

## The three mistakes that cause underpayments

Check these three details before sending:

1. **The exchange deducted its withdrawal fee from the amount.** Many exchanges subtract the fee from what you type. If the invoice says 25.000000 USDT and the exchange withdraws "25 USDT, fee 1 USDT", we receive 24. Enter the amount so that the *received* amount matches the invoice, or check "recipient receives" where offered.
2. **The rate lock expired.** Send within the {{invoiceLock}}-minute quote window. If you sent late or a transfer seems lost, contact billing with the order reference and transaction ID. An administrator reviews received funds and credits only the value not already credited, at the locked invoice rate.
3. **Rounding.** Some wallets round to fewer decimals than the invoice amount. Copy the amount with the copy button instead of typing it.

## Prepaid balance

Your balance is where every payment starts and ends:

- **top up** in any accepted currency, from {{topupMin}} to {{topupMax}} per top-up;
- **pay orders and renewals** from it instantly, with no waiting for confirmations;
- receive **verified overpayments, pro-rata credits and approved refunds** there.

Balance never expires. It is not withdrawable: it is spent on proxies, renewals and traffic, and unspent top-ups can be refunded only under the [refund policy](/refund-policy). The fee advantage is the same as before: top up once with a larger amount, then pay renewals and small orders without a new on-chain transaction each time.

## Auto-renewal

Each mobile and static proxy has an **auto-renew** switch. When it is on, we renew the proxy from your balance shortly before it expires, for the same duration. If the balance does not cover the renewal, we notify you and the proxy expires normally at the end of its term. Nothing is ever charged to anything other than the balance you funded.

## Refunds

The 24-hour plan is the trial, a proxy that is unusable because of a failure on our side is refunded in full to balance, and unused residential gigabytes can be converted to balance within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued as balance. A top-up that has not been spent at all can be refunded in crypto at the net amount we received, on request within 14 days. The [refund policy](/refund-policy) has the exact terms.

## Summary

- Pick the **network** on the invoice, not just the currency.
- Make sure the **received** amount matches the invoice.
- Send the order reference and each **transaction ID** to support and wait for manual verification.
- Top up your **balance** once, then buy and renew instantly from it.
